Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Unimetrics website (unimetrics.com) and dashboard application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of services

Unimetrics provides a marketing analytics dashboard that connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console), aggregates data into a BigQuery warehouse owned by the client, and presents that data through reporting dashboards.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by businesses and marketing professionals. By using Unimetrics, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization you represent to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or setting up your account
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and connected platform access
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Unimetrics platform

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data that flows through the Unimetrics platform. Your marketing data is stored in a BigQuery warehouse that belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or license over your data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Third-party platforms

Unimetrics integrates with third-party platforms to retrieve your data. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party service.

Intellectual property

The Unimetrics name, logo, website design, and dashboard interface are the property of Unimetrics. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Unimetrics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data remains in your BigQuery warehouse and is fully accessible to you. We will revoke our access to your connected platforms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
